Weekly Challenge – Surprise

My son introduced us to the perfect fusion of east and west street cuisine – Japadog of Vancouver, BC. My once-a year hot dog became elevated to new heights. It was indeed a surprise.

With daikon radish, green onion and a dash of soy sauce
