Truly excellent, Sam. The drama … a force-plunge into a sci-fi world, the sense of being ripped from my space into another.
You are saying something now. You have gained the skills and developed your talent well, my friend. In a very short time.
Thanks, Greg. You know about my fascination with technology, so in a way this is simply a case of figuring out how to wrap a new medium around something I’ve cared about for a long time. It doesn’t hurt that I live in the city that invented the future.
Sam – you have been creating such wonderful unique shots of the city. Terrific stuff – can you overcook the EMP? I think not.
This is a demanding shot — lots of potential for burnt-out highlights and black shadows. Masterfully handled.
Which of the two is better? The top one feels like it’s right in spots but not in others.
