Fall leaves reflected in a restored 1967 Le Mans
My friend Mark has been working on a classic ’67 Le Mans. Looking good, don’t you think?
I posted a slightly different version of this before. That one had the original gold marque, but here I have gone the more organic silver one emerging from the process.
New treatment on a shot that’s a couple years old.
This is one of the most incredible cars I have ever seen, but I never felt like my previous efforts with the shot did it justice. Maybe this one doesn’t, either, but it comes closer to capturing the 1940s noir grandeur of it than I have before.
I’ve been reading a lot of Noir lately.
My instincts are pretty much always toward color, but I’m trying to learn black and white, as well. One shot, two treatments.
