May be a little hard to tell from that image. They are huge round metal structures that float in large bodies of water to help with navigation. When retired and on dry land, they make stunning backgrounds!
If you hadn’t used the word “Zen” I would have. It’s a remarkably Asian looking shot for Norfolk.
