Dawn I am not sure what you mean about what was attached to that downspout. If you are curious about the building, I really have no idea what that was! This image caught my eye as I sat at a stop sign and I grabbed my camera to snap a shot. As often happens with my rural street shots, another car came up behind me and so I had to scoot rather quickly. And had I not been running late for an appointment already due to all the wonderful images I was finding, I would have circled around and investigated.
