Two things. First, I’m a sucker for a great sky and low horizon short of shot. Second, I think the pano-edit tries to tell us the story is in the people. That would make a good two-page spread in the course catalog. But as a stand-alone image, the huge sky/low horizon composition itself is the real story.
Third thing. Pretty shot. Loving that super-wide angle.
I found myself wishing I could have the grandeur of that sky AND the cool widescreen effect of the pano crop. Obviously it doesn’t work that way, and yeah, I do think the sky is important here. No harm in ‘sperimenting, though.
