waiting out winter …

Strange…

So wanderings find me in this little town in the back and beyond of New Mexico – used to be a mining town, then a hippie colony and now just a wonderful collection of souls doing their thing with art, food and little bits of business. This image is on the door to the ladies’ loo. I think she looks like Patsy Cline – and if you stare at the image long enough her face sort of disconnects from the rest of her head. That is not the strange part though – the strange part is that I went off to the internet to listen to a Patsy Cline song for posting inspiration and found Arctic Monkeys covering her song Strange. OK, now that was strange.
