Funny backstory Sam. I was actually parked on a bench across the street from this place, waiting for a parade. The start time was announced as 2:00 which we were then told means only that it would happen sometime that afternoon. It started at about 3:45 so there was a LOT of time to observe the scenery. In 95 degree bright sunshine. Or the shade offered sitting right there on the bench, staring at that building and looking for things to photograph.
