Denny, I really do like this. Great composition [you position the nose of the tractor right as the branches behind it fall away into what appears to be a downhill slope]. Good potential motion/tension there. And if you worked the colors on this in ACR or anything else, you found the perfect balance. Nice shot and post-processing.
Thanks, Greg. I used the bleach process in Nik’s ColorEfex, then bumped up the saturation a bit. Otherwise, the background would be just too indistinct.
There’s enough detail in the far background to add depth. You use bleach here differently than I do – you get a far warmer effect than I might. Very nicely done.
