The leaf is beautiful, but I am drawn completely to the leaf underneath – but why? It appears to be a fairly ordinary brown leaf – a brown leaf of mystery. Clever shot Sir.
Me, too. It took some time to figure out how to bring out that shadow detail just enough to provide a hint of “underneath” without overexposing the yellow. Thanks to my training at the Stene School of Shooting Stuff™, I at least knew the right tools to use.
