These colors caught my eye. I’m not adding all the tags until I see if someone can guess what it is! It may be totally obvious to some but not so much to others.

Yep! You guessed it. A large sailboat in drydock.
The bilge drain looks like a cartoon duck! I wondered why it was horizontal facing rearwards and then realized on the prow waves would hit forcefully enough to backwash if it was facing down…then I started humming “What shall we do with a drunken sailor” and went Youtubing and listened to a couple examples. I like the accordion and Irish tin whistle versions best.
