I vote for the top one. More detail in the shadows, warmer tone, friendlier to the eye. In the bottom, the green flooring goes jet black. I’d say it has too much contrast.
i keep agreeing with Denny. also, i am wondering if you could give us just a wee bit more detail in the shadow at the end of the corridor. a number of ways to do this … easiest is to select the area (quick-selection tool in the magic wand box would work best here), then go to levels and adjust the center slider point.

Yeah, I was playing with a high contrast bleach effect. Shooting for something more “artistic” there.
